Previously Completed work

Deck Repair:

Client's deck was old, and the surface needed redone. The old surface wood was removed, and replaced/repaired with new wood. Client's choice of stain was applied, and the deck furniture, plants, and decorations were returned to their freshly redone places.

Drywall Patch:

Client had previously had plumbing work done, and the wall was left open. The hole was patched, texture-matched to the wall around it, and repainted to match the wall.

Exterior Door Trim Replacement:

Client's old trim was cracked, and rotting. Old trim was removed, and old caulking was cut away. New trim was installed, then was caulked and painted.

Front Door Threshold Repair:

Client's threshold was cracked and broken, and desperately needed repair. The old concrete was removed, and steel reinforcements were added into the slab. A new threshold was formed using mortar..

Fireplace Mantle Install:

Client wanted a mantle added to their fireplace. A mounting cleat was anchored into the brick, and the mantle was mounted to the cleat.
